1Management Fees are subject to the following minimums for non-vacant properties: Gold plan, $120, Platinum, $150
2Fee is applicable to the set-up of a one-property portfolio. Additional fees of $5 each apply for multiple units or properties starting at 2nd unit/property when onboarded at the same time.
3Eviction coordination is included with the purchase of the Eviction Protection Program up to $1,000.
4We have a 10% markup supervision fee on all renovation and maintenance coordination except recurring expenses. PMI provides 24/7 call center for emergency and diagnoses of every single work order prior to vendor dispatch. We also pass the discounts from our vendors directly to you.
5Landscape Supervision includes the supervision of regular service providers, e.g. landscapers, pool, etc.
6Comprehensive Annual Report will be done as part of lease renewal process. If property is vacant, this report will still be provided based on agreed upon schedule.
7Bill pay as part of maintenance coordination or landscape supervision included. Payments to Utility providers, etc is a minimal fee of $5.00 per bill.
8Owner draws are processed on the 10th and the 25th of the month, depending on when rent is received (It must be at least 5 business days in advance of the processing date).
